The glue also takes a while to set hard, but thankfully it remains fairly pliable for a a good few minutes, unlike superglue or fast-setting epoxy, meaning you can shift things around. You only need a tiny amount, too.



We left our half-pipes to set overnight and thankfully our bonds were good enough not to require any additional cement or a re-fit. We then turned our attention to getting our tubing routed in the correct position at the sides of the case. thankfully this didn't require more than a clip and a cable-tie. It's not the best-looking method, but it allows the half-pipes to be finely placed, resting slightly outside the dimensions of the case so when the lid is fitted, they'll sit flush with it.



We used this Phobya anti-kink support to bend the case and now we'll be using it one last time. We cut off a small section and used this to provide support to the tubing as it made the tight bend from our radiator to the rear of the case. The tubing was prone to kinking at first, but the clip solved this problem and holds the tubing in place to provide a straight run to pass through the half-pipes.
